- You determine the investment amount
- Interest payment either quarterly, annually, or at the end of the term in one sum
- A monthly interest payment is possible from a loan of EUR 100,000, for maturities over ten years, a current repayment can be arranged.
- The costs for the land register insurance, contract arrangement and administration are borne by MG Grundbesitz GmbH.
